About Us
Walkers is a family run independent electrical retailer established for over seventy years.
We are one of the largest Sony dealers on the East Coast as well as being part of Euronics, Europe’s largest electrical buying group. This allows us to be as competitive as the nationwide stores on all home appliances and electricals, but with the same traditional family values.
Our St Thomas Street store has a range of goods on display including television and audio, while for white goods we have washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, fridge freezers with under counter options, cookers including range and mini range, built-in ovens, hobs, dishwashers and refrigeration with much much more.

How to find us
We are on St Thomas St, at the bottom end of the town centre opposite the casino.
There is a pay and display car park behind the store and on street parking. If you choose to park there and make a purchase from us, we will refund your parking.
Delivery info
We deliver right along the Yorkshire coast. We usually spend 1 day a week in the Whitby area and deliver to Hawsker, Fylingdales, Sandsend, Robin hoods bay, Sleights, Gothland and Ravenscar.
Following the coast line the other way we deliver to Filey, Bridlington, Reighton, Hunmanby, Flamborough and then inland to Driffield, Malton, Pickering and Thornton le Dale.
